Martin Army Community Hospital

BIM lead on the design delivery of a new Greenfield 744,867 SF hospital complex comprising of twin outpatient clinics, an eighty bed inpatient tower, a dramatic entry concourse, a central utility plant, two parking structures and ancillary buildings.

Model information, the "I" in BIM were deliverables for equipment tracking and program validation.
Design Build live work coordination between consultants and Turner Construction.

USACE - Savannah District, Martin Army Community Hospital, Fort Benning, Georgia - 2009-2011

Design-build contract with Turner Construction in a joint venture partnership with RLF.  This was the first healthcare project in using Codebook to provide additional deliverables.  Provided coordination with contractor on construction with 4D BIM.

Codebook allowed to use information to sort out room discrepancies and identify discrepancies between the model and what is required in each room. Program space requirement reports also identified and reports to client provided.
